Aqualia “Quay” Eady is the Director of Table Games Analytics for MGM Resorts International. A native of Battle Creek, Michigan and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, she has more than 15 years of analytics experience, with the last 5 years in Las Vegas. At MGM, Quay combines her passion and personality with her analytics skills to drive creative approaches to the pathway from data to profit. She is adamant in the pursuit of providing clear and consistent messaging to optimize pricing, labor, game offerings and the overall gaming experience.
