Robert J. (Trey) Moye III is Corporate Counsel at Skanska USA Building Inc. He previously served as Senior Counsel at KBR, Inc., Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Facility Group, Inc., and as Of Counsel in the Construction Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP. At Skanska, he focuses on some of the company's largest and most complex projects, including P3, IPD, and large-scale design/build projects across the United States. He recently led Skanska's legal team for the $1.3 billion Moynihan Train Hall P3 project in New York City. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in contract preparation and negotiation in virtually all markets of the construction industry and has represented owners, contractors, sureties, and design professionals in litigation and alternative dispute resolution throughout the United States and around the world, including matters in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean. Mr. Moye received his B.A. (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from The University of the South and his J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law.
