Rhonda Stewart is a transformation sensei at Virginia Mason Institute. At organizations worldwide, she leads health care leaders to build a lean culture and coaches them to set up a solid infrastructure to support lean implementation and organizational learning — always with a focus on patients. Prior to joining Virginia Mason Institute, Rhonda was a director in the revenue and performance reporting department, immersed in applying lean methods in the areas of health care accounting, budgeting and analytics.
