Kenneth Scher is Vice President at Nexera with an extensive background in end-to-end fiscal supply chain operations, inventory management, technology, and perioperative services business operations. Kenneth is responsible for overseeing Nexera’s performance improvement offering and manages a variety of supply chain consulting engagements, and provides strategic supply chain and fiscal advisory services to healthcare organizations aimed at growing business performance, technology utilization, and financial stability. Mr. Scher has extensive experience working within healthcare supply chain as well as in fiscal, operations, and technology healthcare advisory. Kenneth has extensive subject matter expertise within the healthcare supply chain operations process, specifically inventory management and logistics. While providing advisory services to a wide array of organizations, Kenneth has created integrated performance improvement solutions to identify and implement sustainable and comprehensive strategies to increase supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, increase revenue, improve work flow processes, and accelerate cash. Kenneth has been published in Becker’s Hospital Review, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Association for Healthcare Resource Materials Management (AHRMM), has presented at the IDN, AHRMM, OR Business Manager, and Premier conferences, and is also a Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) through the American Hospital Association (AHA).
