Darcy Davis is an enrolled citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi and a lifelong resident of the South Bend Indiana area. Darcy holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Indiana, Business Administration & Advertising/Marketing and is THRP certified. Darcy is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Four Winds Casinos. She began her career with Four Winds in 2007 as the Director of Human Resources. She is a senior advisor to the COO, and executive council of Four Winds and is one of this year's Celebrating Michiana Women Leaders honorees.
