Vicki McKinney is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at WESTMED Practice Partners. She has been with WESTMED since 1998 and has more than 25 years of progressive experience in medical business management. She has overall responsibility for WESTMED Practice Partner’s revenue cycle operations. This includes the contact center, eligibility and charge capture, billing and collections, health information management, credentialing and front desk workflows. She has proven success in driving revenue cycle excellence and is credited with consistently surpassing industry standards on key performance indicators. She is known for her ability to optimize efficiency in the revenue cycle process. Ms. McKinney earned her bachelor of science degree from Iona College in New Rochelle. Before coming to WESTMED, she was Director of Billing and Collection for EEC Financial Services.
