Kathie Kirkland is the Patient Financial Services Director at Maricopa Integrated Health System. She started her career in Registration as an Insurance Verifier/ Registrar and has held positions as a Medicare and AHCCCS Biller and Collector, PFS Manager, PFS Director and Patient Access Director, totaling 30 years’ experience in healthcare. She is currently a board member of Arizona HFMA serving as co-chair of the Program Committee. Kathie is an advocate for education and development of Revenue Cycle staff at all levels.
