Matthew Bullard has eleven years of experience in the wind industry. He is currently serving as Senior Renewable Energy Analyst with the Energy Services group at UL. Mr. Bullard’s duties include preparing and reviewing energy production estimates and reports, monthly validation and reporting on wind data collected by developers at prospective wind project sites, manufacturer site suitability analysis, providing guidance for remote sensing and monitoring mast placement for wind resource assessment campaigns, and providing mentoring and leadership to junior renewable energy analysts. Since joining UL, Mr. Bullard has been one of the primary analysts for offshore projects. Prior to joining UL, Mr. Bullard worked for V-Bar as a Senior Consulting Meteorologist where he was responsible for data analysis, quality control, meteorological tower campaign design, and wind energy resource reporting for utility-scale wind energy projects. Mr. Bullard holds Bachelors of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from Rutgers University, School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and a Master’s of Public Administration in Environmental and Natural Resources Policy from Boise State University. He lives in Boise, Idaho.
