Senior Technical Sales Engineer



Mike Pawlowski is Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Ship & Shore Environmental Inc., a leading U.S. environmental, pollution abatement and energy solutions firm specializing in air pollution capture and control systems for industrial applications. Mike brings almost four decades of experience in sales and engineering of sustainable energy solutions, thermal oxidizers, Process, Project, Maintenance and, Plant Engineering in commodity chemicals within the power generation, plastics, specialty chemical and consumer product markets. As Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Mike oversees Midwest sales activities across many industries and also handles engineering of unique, challenging applications globally. Prior to joining S&SE, Mike worked as a Project Engineer at PHG Energy in Antioch, Tennessee, where he provided Sales and Engineering support for Downdraft and Fluidized Bed Gasification Processes and developed a comprehensive strategy for gasification of Municipal Solid Waste. Before joining PHG Energy, he was Midwest Regional Mgr. at Pro-Environmental Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, where he provided Sales coverage for 17+ State Region for thermal oxidizers to control VOC emissions. In addition, Mike initiated and closed the first direct sale of thermal oxidizer into the Chinese market. His work accounted for 47% of OEM Sales in 2010 and 50 % of OEM Sales in 2011. Mike’s sales exceeded threshold for performance bonus each year. Mike holds a BS Chemical Engineering (1978) from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI.
