Dennis D’Alessio graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), Mastering in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance. In the early stages of the Internet, Mr. D’Alessio founded Sbn.com and began publishing online directories. In 1997 SBN.com became the largest publisher of online directories worldwide providing services to thousands of technology partners such as AOL, Intel, Earthlink, MindSpring, Yellow Pages Company, IBM, Dell, HP, as well as media partners such as ABC, NBC, and the New York Times. Today, Mr. D’Alessio manages a private equity firm which invests in real estate and start-up businesses ranging from non-toxic cleaning products to organic dog food. Mr. D’Alessio’s latest venture Calyfx, Inc. a pioneering company in the CBD industry. After watching his brother suffer his entire life and finally passing from complications related to Autism and violent seizures, Mr. D’Alessio’s is on a personal mission to create life changing CBD products for a whole host of illnesses. Mr. D’Alessio is leveraging his back ground in technology to help Calyfx build a virtual research Lab in which Doctors, health professionals, and scientist from around the world can collaborate to leverage the Endocannabinoid System to treat many of today’s leading health issues. Currently, CalyFx products helps treat Autism, opioid, alcohol, and smoking addiction, as well as sleep disorders, anxiety, weight and pain management. Mr. D’Alessio and his 12-year-old daughter live in Newport Beach, California and enjoy sailing, skiing, and traveling.
