Steve Gaudreau is the Co-Founder and President of Brink Results, LLC, which is a training and consulting firm serving the car wash industry that provides unlimited wash club sales training, online video training for employees and managers, on site management training, and organizational consulting. After a 14-year career in operational and sales management, Steve co-founded in 1992 a training firm called POWER, Inc., and served as CEO until 2005. After developing a national reputation in several industries, he focused exclusively on the car wash business. As a result of his contributions to the industry, Steve received the President’s Award from the International Car Wash Association.
