Lydie is a Manager in the Industrial Engineering department at Disneyland Paris, supporting Hotels, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Marketing & Sales, Digital Guest Experience, and Costuming. Her team provides tools, perspectives and insights that maximize the Guest experience and contribution of available assets. After Masters degrees in both Engineering and Business, and her first experience in a bank, she joined Disneyland Paris in September 2015 as an Industrial Engineer to work on Project Development. She helped in the definition and execution of the expansion plan of the Walt Disney Studios Park. She also provided experience modeling support for product development, such as the Season of the Force that was launched in January 2017.
