In her role as a physician leader and IT resource, Dr. Lahr recently completed a comprehensive initiative to move physicians through the building of and adoption of a major system conversion. Under Dr. Lahr’s guidance, Regional Health was recently recognized by Epic's Gold Stars Program, which assesses key features that improve clinical and financial outcomes, attaining a level of 8 out of 10, which is in the top 10% of participating organizations.
