Alison Shipley is a Principal with The Chartis Group. Ms. Shipley is a healthcare industry leader with fifteen years of experience improving efficiencies in healthcare delivery through clinical operations, revenue cycle improvement and healthcare information technology (HIT) implementation. Alison has worked with payors, large hospitals, academic medical centers and physician practice clients. She has experience in revenue cycle transformation, physician practice management, and mergers and acquisitions across industry sectors. Alison’s expertise has been leveraged as a mentor for senior revenue cycle leadership and has served in interim revenue cycle leadership roles. In addition, Ms. Shipley serves on the educational committee for the New York Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Ms. Shipley has been asked to speak at industry events, including those for HFMA and FLCPA.
