With 24 years of experience in operational management and passion for guest service, Bianca Sammut is General Manager Of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the Middle East's Leading Theme Park, leading the team since November 2018. Bianca began her career in 1995 as a Ride Operator at Wonderland Sydney, Australia. In 2000, Bianca took the position of Operations Manager at Sydney Tower Observatory, where she was responsible for daily operations including admissions and guest services, technical services and general administration. Bianca also worked alongside the pre-opening team of Skywalk on developing operational policies and procedures. In 2014, Bianca decided to take her career internationally. She took the position of Park Manager at Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, and later became General Manager. In addition to her strategic management of operations, Bianca was responsible for diversifing the portfolio of events and activities at Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, the World's Leading Waterpark*, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction with the overall park experience. She has also been instrumental in developing the 'Pearls of Service'; an employee program that aims to promote a fun and interactive service culture among staff. The program was awarded the Best Employees' Engagement Initiative by IAAPA Brass Ring - Human Resources Excellence in 2017 and by the Middle East & North Africa Leisure and Attractions Council (MENALAC) in 2018. *Voted by travellers and travel Industry professionals at the World travel awards 2018
