Pearl Aguinaldo




Pearl Aguinaldo is a Director of Marketing at Agua Caliente Casinos. She has over 17 years of marketing experience that include B2B and B2C marketing and advertising. Prior to joining the Agua Caliente team, she spent 13 years in Los Angeles working with wholesale distributors on developing and executing loyalty-based programs that resulted in an increase in customer reengagement, retention and acquisition. Now she serves on the Senior Leadership Team directing marketing initiatives, strategic business development while managing advertising and media campaigns. In addition to strategic business development, Pearl manages marketing programs and enjoys applying her skills in formulating and discovering innovative ways to connect, influence and attract consumer buying behaviors. Pear Aguinaldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Cal State University of Northridge and has completed several University of California Los Angeles Extension Programs that include Strategic Marketing and Integrated Marketing Strategies. She now resides in the Greater Palm Springs area, Coachella Valley, with her husband and three children.
