Jeff Rasmussen is the Director of Market Research at IFAI. He holds an MBA and has over 20 years of market research experience. His expertise includes the areas of customer satisfaction studies, custom market research studies, as well as industry and competitor analysis. He is also a frequent speaker on textile markets at industry events including past Advanced Textile Conferences, as well as the 2016 Smart Fabrics Summit at the Commerce Department in Washington D.C.; he authors IFAI’s annual report on the state of the specialty fabrics industry.
