Victoria Collin is the Chief of the Management Controls and Assistance Branch at the OMB Office of Federal Financial Management, overseeing key portions of the President’s Management Agenda related to Results-Oriented Accountability for Grants, Real Property, and Financial Data Transparency policy. She has been at OMB since 2010, previously serving as the Team Lead for Financial Data Transparency, and previously, she led a cross-agency Council working to improve intergovernmental collaboration in localities across the country. She also led development of OMB’s “Uniform Guidance” – a suite of policies that govern $600 billion per year in Federal financial assistance, which reduced regulation for grants by 75%. Before working at OMB, Victoria has worked at Federal agencies including USDA, USAID, and the Department of State, and has also spent time outside government with nonprofit organizations working to measure their impact in the United States and West Africa. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. She served in the Peace Corps in Morocco from 2004-2006. Victoria lives in Washington, DC with her husband, two sons, and the world’s best dog.
