An experienced designer and leader at Gensler NY, Brooks uses strategy and logic to deliver innovative solutions. From creative programming to progressive planning models, he pushes clients to evolve their business models through design strategy. Having worked across a number of practice areas, including Media, Financial Services, and Professional Services, Brooks lends his extensive workplace knowledge to Landlords across the East Coast. With special expertise in progressive real estate strategy, he has added value to some of New York's most prized real estate. His work has been in collaboration with a number of land owners and developers such as Vornado, Blackstone, SL Green, CBRE, and Equity Office. He is deeply involved in continued education programs through IIDA and is an adjunct professor at Pace University. Brooks studied architecture at both the University of Tennessee and Columbia University.
