After obtaining his B.S. in Urban Planning from MSU and M.S. in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University College of Architecture, Brad began his career at TerraCycle where he designed products, spaces, and furniture out of post and pre consumer waste. In 2012, Brad took a job at General Assembly, where he came face-to-face with start-ups growing out of the co-working model, all with the same need – an HQ that resonates with the intentions and sense of the people in it. Partnering up with Nina Etnier in 2013, Float Studio was born to facilitate. His hands-on problem solving and scrappy approach puts an emphasis on finding a shared vision to pursue with clients.
