Grace Ding is the Senior Higher Ed Marketing Specialist at Laserfiche, an enterprise content management (ECM) software developer with more than 36,000 customers worldwide. At Laserfiche, she focuses on supporting and growing the higher education user community, and developing solutions and strategies for campus-wide process optimization initiatives and digital records management. Grace has presented at numerous industry conferences, including EDUCAUSE and UBTech, on leveraging automation technology to drive responsive, quality services for student success.
