Matt Stutz, P.E., has 24 years of experience in air quality services and landfill gas studies and collection system design. He has extensive work experience in landfill gas system design, permitting and compliance, and has prepared numerous emission inventories, air quality permits, emission calculations, and landfill gas to energy. Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering and is a register professional engineer in 13 states. His professional experience includes serving as an instructor in air pollution courses for the Center of Environmental Research and Training at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a principal with Weaver Consultants Group and managers the landfill gas and air quality services groups. Matt is an active member of SWANA, where he serves as the vice-chair on the LFG Rules and Regulations Committee. He also is an active member and Chairman for the North Texas Chapter of Air and Waste Management Association.
