Scott is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOD Super Fast Pizza, a pioneer in fast casual pizza with 151 stores in the U.S., up from 92 in January. He is also Founder and Managing Partner of The Sienna Group, a Seattle-based investment holding company. An honours graduate from Harvard, Scott spent 11 years working in London with Drexel, Burnham Lambert and then Apax Partners and also as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CrestaCare, a long-term healthcare provider. In 1994, he and his wife, Ally, co-founded Seattle Coffee Company and grew it to 75 retail locations in under three years. In 1998 he managed its sale to Starbucks, becoming President – Starbucks UK and then President – Starbucks Europe. After Seattle Coffee, he helped launch and build Carluccio’s, an Italian deli-café concept, to over 50 locations in the U.K. and Middle East. From mid-2009 to October 2012, Scott was Chairman and Managing Partner of Freestone Capital, a wealth and asset management firm in the Seattle area. Sienna sold its holding in Freestone in November 2012.
