Andy Guarnera has been with Homecare Homebase for 8 years in the role of Product Management Director - Data Analytics. He is responsible for the product direction of the HCHB Analytics product, which provides data insights to agencies in the form of descriptive and predictive dashboards, as well as diagnostic and customization capabilities. Andy is also responsible for the direction of predictive and applied analytics at Homecare Homebase, using machine learning and other technologies to provide actionable insights at the point of highest impact to users, with the goal of improving patient outcomes, clinician satisfaction, and agency operational effectiveness. Prior to his role at Homecare Homebase, Andy was with a large multi-state Home Health and Hospice organization, and has held a variety of roles within the IT and business consulting space over his 25 year career.
