Stephen has over 13 years’ experience in pre-construction development, energy estimation, post-construction data analysis and energy projection. At K2 Management, Steve is the technical lead for all wind resource related activities in North America. His focus is on WRA, siting/turbine layout, energy prediction, post-construction energy analysis, and power performance testing, along with support of Due Diligence activities related to independent engineering, project investment, and acquisition. Prior to joining K2 Management, he worked at SunEdison as a Sr Resource Analyst where he was heavily involved in project development, project acquisitions, power performance tests, and asset optimization. Prior to SunEdison, Stephen was a key member of AWST, where he held several positions over the course of 9 years. He has reviewed and/or produced high-quality finance-grade, independent energy estimates in support of Due Diligence activities for hundreds of projects globally.
