Josiah is a Senior Team Leader managing a team of analysts performing wind resource and energy assessments in support of pre- and post-construction wind projects for development and financing. Since joining DNV GL in 2008 he has supported over approximately 30 GW of wind projects, including 3 GW of offshore wind projects. In addition, Mr. Mault supports DNV GL’s advanced CFD based wind flow modeling for energy assessments and research of turbine performance. Previously, he was the Assistant State Climatologist for the Office of the Washington State Climatologist (OWSC) where he collected, interpreted, and disseminated climate and weather information for use in developing web-based applications, event analysis, research, and in communicating with state and public officials.
