Rod Perry is a litigator with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of commercial litigation, class actions, and employment litigation both locally and nationally in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration forums. He has represented construction lenders, owners, contractors and developers in a variety of commercial real estate and construction disputes, including with regard to construction defect claims, zoning, permitting and land use disputes, lender liability disputes, mechanic's and materialmen's lien disputes, and contract disputes. He has also advised clients regarding litigation risk and exposure and claims avoidance related to a wide range of agreements for construction transactions.
