Mr. Devery is a Senior Vice President and Senior Project Director, with HNTB Design Build. In his current role, he organizes and leads multi-discipline teams on large, complex transportation projects around the Nation. Mr. Devery has a diverse background in the planning, design and construction of transportation facilities. He is regarded for his expertise in developing innovative, cost effective solutions to solve his client's challenges. Mr. Devery's experience includes: transit; highway planning and geometric design; structures; traffic engineering; water resources engineering, including hydraulics and hydrology; environmental analysis; and construction administration. He is registered as a professional engineer in numerous states. For the last ten years, Chris has been leading Design Build pursuits and projects around the nation. Representative project experience includes: the $290M I-90 Innerbelt Bridge Replacement (Cleveland, OH); the $900M I-95 Express Lanes Project (Northern Virginia); the $210M Runway 9R-27L/ Taxiway Expansion (Fort Lauderdale, FL); and the $1.3B Crenshaw/ LAX Transit Corridor (Los Angeles, CA). In addition to his project roles, Mr. Devery facilitates various HNTB technical, project management, contracting and risk management and leadership development courses and a graduate course in Urban Street Design at Marquette University.
