Scott Hillman is General Counsel for Langan Engineering and Environmental Services. In this role, he is responsible for managing a broad range of legal, risk, contracting, and compliance matters. Prior to joining Langan, Scott served as a Vice-President and Region Chief Counsel at AECOM. Before moving in-house, he spent seven years in private practice at Wickwire Gavin. Scott received his B.S. in civil engineering from Lehigh University, M.S. in business from Johns Hopkins University, and J.D. from the University of Baltimore.
