Wayne is a licensed Professional Engineer (since 1986) and Certified Fraud Examiner (since 2009). Since then, he has testified at trials and hearings on many matters, including those related to construction fraud. Wayne has been Technical Expert for the California Department of Consumer Affairs and its Board of Professional Engineers (since 2007), where he investigates professional standard of care. He lectures at the University of Southern California, and this years will present to the German Association of Construction Law (May) and at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner's global conference (June).
