Mario Menanno is Associate General Counsel at Barnard Construction. Mario provides legal counsel tempered by his civil litigation experience to allow the Barnard Companies to make sound business decisions. His counsel ranges from contract review to contract negotiations and claims resolution. His work with insurance claims includes commercial general liability claims, builder's risk claims, professional liability claims, and director's and officer's claims. In addition to assisting internal matters of a legal or contractual nature, he also assists outside counsel in various litigation matters. The Legal Department is also involved in the acquisition and sale of businesses and real property, safety, human resource issues, risk management, accounting, marketing, and providing guidance to all within the Company from the Chairman of the Board to Engineers in the field.
