Felipe has almost 20 years of experience focused on the delivery of risk and management consulting services. Over the last 10 years, he has been responsible for the successful start-up, development, continued growth, and management (including P&L) of consulting practices for leading, global consulting firms in Latin America. Felipe has extensive experience in providing project management risk, dispute resolution, compliance, forensic accounting, fraud, internal auditing, and assurance related services. This includes presenting his professional opinion through Expert Witness testimony in national international arbitration tribunals, expressing conclusions and factual opinions to different Board Committees (such as Audit Committee and Risk and Compliance Committee) and C-Level of clients. He has focused his activities the last 12 years on risk, commercial, and procurement management services related to major capital projects and programs (implementation and ongoing monitoring) having worked in countries such as Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, South Africa, Uruguay, Venezuela, and the USA.
