Jack Thirolf is Associate Vice President and Head of Regulatory and Institutional Affairs for Enel Green Power North America, Inc (EGP-NA). He leads and oversees EGP-NA’s regulatory analyses and state/province and federal-level engagement with elected officials, regulators, and policymakers in both the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Thirolf began working for EGP-NA in 2012 as the company’s Washington, D.C. representative, responsible for U.S. federal and U.S. Eastern region state-level policy and regulation. He was promoted to lead the Regulatory Affairs department in 2014. Mr. Thirolf joined EGP-NA from the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, a Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the U.S. energy efficiency, renewable energy, and natural gas industries. Mr. Thirolf received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Princeton University and received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center. He previously held fellowships in Vietnam and Brazil, working in the education and literary fields.
