Jim is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the United States (P.E.) and in Canada (P. Eng.) with 30 years’ experience in project planning and management, heavy structural and civil design, construction cost estimating, construction management, and FERC re-licensing. He has significant experience working on hydroelectric and water resource projects. Jim has diverse technical experience in project design and development that includes site planning, hydraulics and hydrology, and structures. He has worked in the United States, British Columbia, and in South Asia.
