ERICA GILMORE, LCPC, CADC, has been unit coordinator for Rosecrance since February 2017, which she joined in 2015 as a primary counselor. She has worked in the field of substance abuse and mental health for 10 years. She has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and philosophy from Augustana College and a master of science degree in education in clinical mental health counseling at Western Illinois University. Before joining Rosecrance, she worked at the Center for Alcohol and Drug Services in the outpatient program and the Scott County Jail before moving to an inpatient hospital-based residential program at Unitypoint Health in the Riverside treatment program.
