Michael Dailey is Vice President and General Counsel for the engineering and construction division of Air Liquide USA, a supplier of industrial gas services to medical, chemical and electronic manufacturing industries. Michael is on Legal 500’s GC Powerlist US Teams and is noted for having “risen from sole counsel for engineering and construction to his current role heading a team that participates in the day-to-day decisions shaping the company’s outlook.” In addition to holding legal roles at Air Liquide, Michael held the position of Counsel with BP and was an associate with Skadden Arps. He earned a Bachelor of Science, focusing in Construction Science, from Texas A&M University, and holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
