In her role as founder and Executive Director, Madisen overseas outreach and development efforts for Nevada NORML and its affiliates. In this capacity, most of her time is spent educating and listening to the public about marijuana in an effort to remove the stigma surrounding cannabis use in Nevada and beyond. She considers herself a fair public voice that can translate the community’s needs to governing bodies and effect real change. Madisen’s pro-bono experience with nonprofit organizations have been aimed at reform within the criminal justice system. Madisen has experience working with regulators at the city, state and federal level to achieve more sensible policies that protect cannabis consumers.
