Rose Gutierrez is the Litigation Manager at the law firm of Michels & Lew which represents catastrophically injured plaintiffs throughout California in medical malpractice and personal injury actions. For the last 23 years, Rose has overseen and managed the firm’s litigation assistants and all cases that are in active litigation and has worked closely with the attorneys in the formulation and implementation of case strategy. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Education, both from UCLA. Rose has presented at local CAALA seminars and at the CAALA Las Vegas Attorneys’ Conference and CAOC Conference as well as published articles in Advocate magazine. In her personal time, Rose devotes her time to cooking, baking and hiking and volunteers her time towards the promotion and advancement of her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta.
