Mr. Elliott holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Elliott is involved in a number of projects to improve the safety and security of software and electronics in U.S. Army ground vehicles. He is currently the TARDEC VEA lead software developer for the Vehicular Integration for C4ISR/EW Interoperability (VICTORY) Specification maturation team and has been actively involved with building and evaluating VICTORY components.
