Dr. Folz is the Chief Engineer and President of Folsys Engineering, LLC, a small Colorado-based company providing technical services to the aerospace industry and government customers. He has developed and integrated satellite payloads, contributed to new space and ground-based processing capabilities, and shed new light on the physics of turbulent flows. Narrowband military communications present a new set of challenges.
