Ben Gibson leads innovation and transformation driving growth in revenue, earnings and cash flow through broad experience in strategy, R&D, engineering, quality, operations, marketing, and information technology. While Ben has demonstrated success with large organizations like GE Aerospace, Eastman Kodak, Logitech Audio, and IBM, he has also worked with entrepreneurs and startups including HardLightVR, a Seattle Start-up recently spun out of the University of Rochester. Ben is a technology agnostic problem solver and knows how to manage the marketing and technology nexus to drive innovation. Ben has mentored award winning Entrepreneurship teams at both the University of Rochester as well as SUNY Geneseo.
