Known as “The Sheriff,” Scott Parker earned a reputation as a feared fighter and enforcer over his 10 years a right winger for the Colorado Avalanche and San Jose Sharks. His tough style of play earned him a Stanley Cup Championship and a traumatic brain injury from suffering upwards of 25 concussions. Determined to take the road less traveled and pursue natural treatments, he found relief using CBD as a primary source of treatment in his long-term recovery plan. Parker and his wife, Francesca helped co-found BodyChek Wellness to bring the benefits of CBD to more people. The Parkers also operate Parker’s Platoon, a nonprofit organization that pairs combat veterans and retired professional athletes together, fostering their warrior spirits to transition to life post-career.
