Lieutenant Colonel Paul L. Muller currently serves as the Materiel Leader, Advanced Extremely High Frequency Space Segment Branch, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, California. He directs the space vehicle design, production, integration, and test for the 14 billion dollar constellation delivering nuclear command and control to the President of the United States. Lieutenant Colonel Muller entered the Air Force in 2001 as a Distinguished Graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of positions at the Lab, Center, and Headquarters Air Force levels. Prior to his current position, he led a Congressionally-directed commercial satellite acquisition program. Lieutenant Colonel Muller also deployed to lead a joint US-Afghan team executing Central Command’s number two training program for building partner capacity in Afghanistan.
