Jamie Morgan is Director Strategy and Capture, and acting Director MILSATCOM, for the Communication Systems business unit, Space Systems Division of Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems Sector, responsible for the over-arching business growth strategy and capture of communication systems and technology for Restricted, DoD, NASA and other customers. After serving in the United States Air Force, Mr. Morgan joined TRW, now Northrop Grumman, in 1985 and has held a broad variety of space systems and technology business development and management positions across Communications, ISR, Missile Defense, Science and Technology business areas during his 33 years with the company. Prior to joining TRW, “Captain” Morgan was an officer in the United States Air Force, with his last assignment as manager of the space electronics branch, of the advanced space communications program office, Air Force Space Division (now Space & Missile Systems Center), responsible for the budget planning, acquisition strategy, source selections and program management of a portfolio of space electronics technology development programs.
