Dr. Hall is a senior technical fellow at L3T with 19 years of military and commercial communications experience. Prior to joining L3T, Dr. Hall received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia with a focus in digital communications. After working 3 years in commercial fixed wireless industry, Dr. Hall has spent the last 16 years developing and fielding wideband high-capacity and protected SATCOM technology, including experience with systems such as AEHF and PTW/PATS. In his current role, Dr. Hall services in the office of the chief technologist for L3 Broadband Sector, focusing on directing L3T’s satellite-related technologies, roadmaps and products.
