Nancye Black

The Block Uncarved
Nancye Blair Black is an ISTE-certified educator and consultant who cultivates dignity-driven instructional practices that empower educators, leaders, and students to succeed. Her accomplishments as an educational change agent have garnered recognitions like ISTE Emerging Leader and a PBS Teachers Innovation Award. In her consulting role, she has worked with hundreds of school leaders and educators to plan and implement technology initiatives. With two decades of speaking experience, Nancye also brings a captivating energy and expertise to keynotes and presentations at both local and global conferences. Nancye is the author of nationally-implemented computer science curricula and several books, including Tablets in K-12 Education and the Hands-On AI Projects for the Classroom series. She is ISTE's AI Explorations Project Lead, a ProjectSTEM Designer, and a Teachers College Games Research Lab leader.
