Vincent Moiso is a principal and President of Oceanside Glass & Tile who recently acquired Spectrum and Uroboros Glass companies, moving both operations to their plant in Tijuana, Mexico. In his current role he has been instrumental in helping the business almost double its revenue through acquisition and new business opportunities. Vincent is also the founder and president of his own consulting and financial planning business that has worked primarily with small businesses and business owners in the flooring industry. He has consulted for more than a dozen businesses advising on everything from organizational structure, strategic planning, to coaching key employees. Recently, in collaboration with Ceramic Tile & Stone Consultants, Vincent helped develop a new on-line course, the Complete Guide on Developing Tile & Stone Specification with Architects. More than 15 years of his business career was spent as a principal partner and Vice President in an international tile and stone manufacturing and distribution firm. During his tenure with that company at the executive level, he grew revenue over 400% and opened three company owned retail showrooms. He also developed a high-level marketing and merchandising plan that can still be seen in over 300 retailers across the country. With an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, and a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego. Vincent also teaches B2B Content Marketing at his alma mater where he serves as a Director on the Alumni Board of Directors for the University. He has also served on many other Board of Directors during his business career, including Entrepreneur’s Organization and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
