Chef Andrew Forlines teaches homeowners and kitchen designers about the newest and most advanced home kitchen appliance features and functions. He combines his practical hands-on experience with training from every major appliance manufacturer to distill complex technical aspects into relatable information consumers can use to navigate the home kitchen appliance purchase process with confidence. Chef Andrew Forlines is a graduate of culinary and pastry apprenticeships from the American Culinary Federation. He trained under internationally acclaimed chefs and came up through the fine dining ranks at the five-star rated Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado. He has experience in molecular gastronomy in the modernist cuisine restaurants Alinea and Moto in Chicago. Chef Andrew is certified by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and American Society of Interior Design (ASID) as a Continuing Education (CEU) provider for his presentation, Advanced Restaurant Technology in the Modern Home Kitchen. He has given presentations at multiple Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) national conventions as well as to regional trade association chapters across North America.
