Dave Meadows is the Vice President of SATCOM Programs for Knight Sky LLC, responsible for capture and execution of satellite communications programs for DoD and Civilian customers. He has more than 42 years of experience in satellite communications, including 21 years at COMSAT Laboratories and 11 years at Lockheed Martin, prior to joining Knight Sky in 2011. He holds a MSEE degree from Virginia Tech and is a Space Foundation Technology Hall of Fame awardee for his work on the NASA ACTS Program. He is a member of AFCEA, and serves as the Frederick MD Chapter Treasurer.
