Cynthia’s experience in the industry has resulted in a unique approach to operationalizing plans that ensures that the targeted results are achieved. Frequently working on creating a compelling future vision, improving the customer journey, driving culture, developing talent and driving consistent operating performance, the results generated are measured in improved bottom-line performance and share value. Cynthia is a highly rated speaker. Her knowledge of the industry and presentation style make her a sought-after speaker throughout North America and internationally. Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a minor in economics, from Fort Lewis College. She earned her master of business administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver.
